Living with multiple sclerosis since I was diagnosed at age 10 has shaped my perspective, but it doesn't define who I am. After keeping my diagnosis private for nearly 20 years, I chose to share my story because I believe authentic voices have the power to build trust, spark meaningful conversations, and help people feel seen.
Originally from Boston and now based in New York City, I earned my degree in Public Health from Syracuse University. Today, I combine nearly three decades of lived experience with professional expertise to create content that educates, inspires, and connects. My work includes healthcare advocacy, speaking, media, commercial campaigns, and brand partnerships.
